Rosemary Hamburgers

This burger is very flavorful--no ketchup or mustard needed! Feel free to add some provolone cheese or even gouda to add some additional flavor!


  • 1.5 lbs of ground beef

  • ½ tsp-1 tsp salt (or to taste)

  • 1 ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary (or 1-1 ½ tsp dried rosemary)


  • Preheat grill.

  • Mix ground beef, rosemary, garlic powder, and salt.

  • Form into 4-6 patties (depending on size preference)

  • Grill burgers to desired temperature
